In clay laterals with heavy root intrusion, we cut roots out with specialized heads and follow up with hydro jetting to flush away the fragments and buildup. If the camera shows cracked or broken pipe, we’ll explain your repair options so you can decide whether to keep maintaining the line or fix it for good.
Pipe lining creates a new, seamless pipe inside the old one, sealing cracks and joints so roots can’t get back in. Pipe bursting pulls a new pipe through the path of the old one, breaking the old pipe apart as it goes. Not every line is a candidate, and some situations still call for traditional excavation, but we’ll tell you honestly which approach fits your property and price each option before you decide.
When a section has collapsed, a line has a severe sag, or trenchless methods aren’t a fit, we excavate and repair or replace the damaged pipe. We plan the work to limit disruption, protect what we can, restore the area when we’re done, and handle the permits the job requires.

We camera-inspect your lateral to rule out roots or damage, clean it so it carries as much flow as possible, and can recommend a backwater valve that keeps sewer water from flowing back into your basement. We’ll also check your sump pump and discharge so storm water isn’t adding to the problem.
